On The Catwalk

Today I had my one-year pictures. This is the first time someone besides my family has taken a picture of me. Grandma and Aunt Christa came with - so between them, my balls, and lots of cheering and clapping it went OK. Mommy said that was the easy part, now they have to figure out which picture they like the best!

I don't want to be a model!

I'm Batman

I have new superhero pajamas. Instead of Beckett, you can call me Batman.

I'm more ferocious than I look.

I even have a cape to fly away with!

Football Sunday

Daddy and me like to watch football together on Sunday. He sits in his chair, and I sit in mine.

We cheer for my dad's fantasy football players.

Good thing I can stretch out in my chair.

All that cheering makes me thirsty!

Ball

I said my first word. Mommy and daddy thought it might be "mama" or "dada" but it was my favorite toy to play with: ball! At first they weren't sure if I was saying it, but when I was playing at grandma and grandpa's house yesterday they heard it too!

I can say ball, and I can play ball!

Baby Steps

I've been practicing walking with my scooter, and I'm feeling much braver. This past week I've taken a few steps on my own and mom and dad squealed like little pigs!

Usually mom and dad aren't quick enough to get me walking. They caught me here!

My First Haircut

Yesterday was a big day for me -- mommy took me to get my first haircut! I got to sit in this magic chair with mommy and wear a blanket with fishies. I wasn't sure what was happening at first, so I just stared and sat very still. Well then I got tired of sitting still and wanted to help Michelle comb my hair. She thought I was such a good helper she gave me two of her combs to play with.

Before my haircut.

Making music with my combs. See the fishes on my blanket?

OK, enough pictures. And where is my Nuk?

After!

Get Out of My Way!

Yesterday mommy rented another new toy that I really like. It's a little green scooter that I can push around and ride on. I pushed it all over the living room and kitchen, and mommy and daddy both gave me rides. Boy I can get around pretty good now!

Mommy and daddy think I'm a pretty good driver.

Don't stop daddy!

I didn't realize it, but I've also been standing a little bit by myself. Last night mommy kept taking my Nuk away and I was so busy putting it back in my mouth I didn't realize that I was standing on my own.

Mommy said I better put a picture on here for the people who can't watch my videos. This morning it was icy out, and I'm watching a big truck go by the window. And then I'm standing at my new toy that Aunt Rissa and Uncle Greg are letting me use. They said Mateo loved to play with it, and I do too!

Brrr, it looks cold outside!

Mommy says I'm having a wild hair day.

Boys Weekend

Here are the pictures of me in my onesie. Dad and I were having so much fun this weekend, we didn't have time to update the blog (well, and dad really couldn't help me).

Still fits!

Woo hoo! Not too much longer and I'm onesie free!

Daddy and I were watching football on Sunday, and when he wasn't looking I was thirsty and decided to have a drink of what he had. It must not have been OK to drink because dad jumped up and took it away. Well, I had spilled a little, so then I had to lick up that too! Daddy told me later it was beer and that I have to be way older to have any more. Mommy wonders if she can leave me and dad home alone anymore. It's OK mom, you can trust us!

11 Months Old

Happy 11 months to me!! Daddy and I are having a boys weekend because mommy is visiting her good friend Joy. Daddy is not sure how to e-mail pictures, or help me with my blog, so I can't show you my picture of me in my birthday onesie. So, here's a picture of me in mommy's favorite onesie. Once mommy gets home she can help me with my picture!

Halloween Happenings

I'm a little behind. I don't know what to think with the time change, and I know mom and dad aren't happy that I still wake up at the same time. Geesh, I can't help it!

My Halloween was busy. Who knew a dog would have so many people to see!

How can there be two Scooby Doos?

I went trick-or-treating at dad's work, and so did a bunch of other kids. I couldn't stop staring at that kid with the red face! He must have a really big poop he's working on.

Taking a rest on my chair at grandma and grandpa's.

Selene came over to grandma and grandpa's too. She was a witch!

Then I went to Aunt Rissa and Uncle Greg's house to have a sleepover with Nana, Kade and Mateo. Mommy had to take my costume off because I peed in it. Hey, I was just doing my doggy duties.
