When I Grow Up

I'm not in a hurry to grow up (and neither are my parents) but there's already a bunch of things that I'm interested and like to do.

Hi Papa

I've been talking to all sorts of people on the phone lately! Nana, Papa, Grandma, Grandpa, and Aunt Christa are ones that I've talked to in the last few days. I don't know if anyone understands what I'm saying... but I guess I'll keep talking until they do.

They're Back!

Daddy and mommy are home! At first I wasn't sure if they were going to stay around, so I sat on dad's lap and would not move. They said they had a very good time, but they were glad to see me again. I had a good time too and lots of love from everyone who watched me while mom and dad were gone. I guess I made it in to some of mommy and daddy's pictures...

I probably won't be posting for awhile. Mommy and daddy are leaving tomorrow to visit my Aunt Emma in England. I'm going to stay with Aunt Glenda and Uncle James, Nana and Papa, Jen, Chuck and Selene, and Grandma and Grandpa. Daddy is taking the computer with him which means I can't blog, but it also means I might get to talk to them on the computer! Did you know you could do that? I didn't! Last night we practiced talking to Grandma on the computer.

These Boots Are Made for Walking

The weekend is over again already. =( Selene had a sleepover with me on Friday night. She got to sleep in my tent, but I still had to sleep in my crib. We had lots of fun playing just like we always do! She will get to sleep at my house again when her mommy has her baby. Selene gets to be a big sister!

Saturday mommy put a bunch of clothes on me. First these warm pants that were too big, but mommy rolled them up. Then she put these cool shoes on me that have balls on them that light up! Daddy called them boots. After all of that getting ready we went outside for a walk. Our walk wasn't long at all. We went to the end of the block and turned around because mommy said it was too windy. All that work and no walk??

I have to wear all of this? Seriously?

This is a tight fit.

Well, I had to put those boots on again because they are so cool!

First Drawing

On Saturday we had lunch with some of mommy and daddy's friend from Arizona. They talked a long time and I got tired of sitting (and had already cleaned my plate) so mommy's friend gave me a pen and let me draw! Usually my parents don't let me have pens because I run around with them. But I showed them I could sit still and work hard on my art. They better save this just in case I'm a famous artist some day.

Super Sunday

Yesterday I went to my friend Mia's house. I went to play with her, dad went to watch the game, and mom went to chat (that means talk a lot) with Mia's mommy. Everybody had a good time, and daddy was really happy the Steelers won.

This chair is nice - it even has a cup holder for my sippy!

Mia and I are just having a little snack. Even though my tray was full, Mia's goldfish looked better than mine.

Those goldfish make me thirsty! And looks like Mia too.

Mia's mommy let me take a bath with her. She has cool bath toys! See that fishing pole?

I need to go to bed. All this socializing and cheering wears me out.

I'm Still Here!

I'm a little behind on my blog, aren't I? Last weekend I was very busy playing with Nana (she came over for a sleepover) and then with Grandpa, Grandma and Brooklynn. And then mom must have been busy because she didn't take any pictures of me again until Friday.

Friday I got to play at my friend Karsyn's even longer than usual. Mommy and daddy were there too! Mommy said we were babysitting. When Angela and Eric left I heard her say something about good birth control, but I don't know what that means.

And I got to play with even more friends later. Selene, Taylor and Trey. I've never met Taylor and Trey before, but they were nice to me and fun to play with. It's been a busy weekend so far. Here are some pictures to catch up with.

Time to eat! Just like during the day, except mom and dad didn't seem as calm as Angela does. And Houston was sleeping, so actually they had it easier!

Yesterday when mommy picked me up from daycare I blew Karsyn a kiss. Mommy was so surprised to see me do that because she and daddy haven't seen that before. Wait until mom sees what else me and Karsyn have been doing....

Spoon Skills

Mommy and daddy let me practice with my spoon today! I had yogurt for my bedtime snack, and I think I did a pretty good job with my spoon. Mommy says I can use my spoon a lot more if I stop throwing food on the floor when I eat with my hands. Come on, that's no fun!
